OtakuHobbiToysPH is a toys and hobby shop based in the Philippines, managed and operated by fellow toy collectors just like you! And as fellow collectors, we’re here to help you complete your ever growing collection. Everything we collect and offer are strictly genuine products.

Order Process

FOR ITEMS MARKED AS PRE-ORDERS
1. Log in to our website / create an account if you haven’t yet
2. Place desired amount and click on the “Pre-order” button
3. Proceed to checkout (you may go back and add more items to your cart)
4. Under checkout, you may change the shipping and payment options
5. Click on “Place Order” button
6.Wait for order confirmation email
7. You will have to pay the indicated “ Required down payment” (see Payment options). email proof of payment to: [email protected]
8. A confirmation will be sent to you if your payment has been captured (You may send us a message via other platforms should you feel the need to be updated)
9. Wait for pre-ordered item to arrive. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is indicated on product’s page
10. We will inform you when your item arrives. Follow our facebook page, we will be posting arrivals there
11. You will need to pay off the remaining balance before we have your item shipped off to you (does not apply to meet up options)
12. Enjoy your item, we do not judge you on how you do so

1. Log in to our website / create an account if you haven’t yet
2. Under the “On hand” tab of our website, click on an item you wish to purchase
3. Place desired amount and click on the “Add to cart” button
4, Under checkout, you may change the shipping and payment options
5. Click on “Place Order” button
6. Wait for order confirmation email
7. You will have to pay the indicated price (see Payment options). email proof of payment to: [email protected]
8. A confirmation will be sent to you if your payment has been captured (You may send us a message via other platforms should you feel the need to be updated)
9. Wait for your item to arrive from your selected courier (or meetup)
10. Enjoy your item, we do not judge you on how you do so

Actual FAQs

Q: How do I become eligible return customer?
A: We will qualify your account if you have three running pre-orders (all of which are with deposits), or have bought an on hand item, or have bought from us from an event/convention.
Q: I made an error with my order as I’m checking out my cart on the website, can I change X in my order?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot edit these yourself. Contact us for changes such as delivery address changes or meetup changes
Q: There’s an item I want to order/pre-order, but it’s not in your website or facebook page
A: We sometimes miss out on posting other items or brands that is up for pre-order, do ask if you have an item in mind. We also accept proxy orders, contact us to discuss about the item you want.
Q: I missed the Pre-Order deadline! can I still place my pre-order for the item?
A: If the item is still marked as in stock, you may still place a pre-order for it. However, it will not be offered at a discounted price.
Q: I see pictures of you attending conventions, can I pickup my orders from there?
A: Yes, we regularly post forms days before the event for you to tell us items you wish to pick up on the event.
Q: The item I pre-ordered still haven’t arrived, and it’s way past the posted ETA date! What’s up with that?!
A: Sometimes delay occurs from port congestion. Sometimes we just plain forget about updating release date delays from manufacturers (sorry, that’s our bad). For concerns about your items, please do not hesitate to contact us
Q: I will be out of the country and won’t be able to collect my pre-orders by their ETA, do you mind keeping them for me until I get back?
A: We do not mind keeping your items in the warehouse for an extended period of time as long as you have your items paid upon arrival
Q: When I pre-ordered an item, I indicated shipping. But now that it has arrived, I want to pick it up during a convention you are attending or maybe even drive by your warehouse. Is this possible?
A: Yes, please do contact us for changes on your end
Q: You guys just told me my order has been cancelled?! What’s this about?!
A: Suppliers and Manufacturers will often offer an item for pre-order but will require a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity). If they do not reach their target number, they may cancel their regional offer. When this happens, we can source your pre-order outside of the country but it may cost more.
Q: I just made a deposit for my pre-order but it got cancelled, will you refund me my money?
A: Yes, we can also convert your deposit into store credits

Buyer (Customer)

  • Seller will not honor returns or exchange unless an item bought is with factory defects.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after the pre-order period. Cancellation after the pre-order period may result in a permanent ban and/or denial of any and all services.
  • No down payments are required for pre-order unless explicitly indicated. International customers must pay in full before the pre-order deadline to secure an order.
  • Local/International shipping fees to be shouldered by Buyer.
  • Local/International shipping fees to be insured by Buyer at Buyer’s cost and option.
  • Pre-order balance must be paid on the indicated due dates where indicated. There will be an allotment of 5 working days after pre-purchased item arrives at Seller to settle said balance. Should Buyer fail to settle after this period, Seller will advertise Buyer’s pre-purchased item for sale.
  • Should Buyer not receive any form of confirmation upon payment submission in a span of 5 working days, Buyer may follow up via Seller’s contacts.
  • Buyer is entitled to a full refund, if dissatisfied, should Seller fail to confirm payment within 5 working days
  • Buyer will be notified if a pre-ordered item’s release date changes, which also pushes due date for settling balance.
  • Buyer is entitled to a refund should any of the following occur: Seller cancels an order, seller fails to fulfill or fails to deliver an order.
  • Back-orders, special orders and proxy orders must be paid half of quoted price to secure the order. The other half must be paid upon arrival to secure shipping or hand over.

Seller (OtakuHobbiToys PH)

  • Seller has a time frame of 5 working days for items to be shipped upon payment confirmation of on-hand goods.
  • Seller has a time frame of 5 working days to ship new arrival (pre-order or back order) of items with confirmed payment .
  • Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by accidents/handling incurred by local and/or international shipping.
  • Seller’s meet up schedules are subject to availability.
  • Seller is entitled to forfeit Buyer’s downpayment and deny Buyer of services should the following occur: Buyer decides to cancel pre-order prior to release, Buyer fails to settle order balance before its due.
  • In the event of Manufacturer shortage, Seller will prioritize orders on a first come first served basis.
  • Seller is liable to return or exchange products that substantiate factory defect
  • Seller will not entertain box damages unless it has affected the actual contents of the box.
  • Seller is responsible for treating products with utmost care up until it is handed over to Buyer or Buyer’s courier of choice.
