The 'Clown Prince of Crime' has manifested in an incredible action figure that boasts out-of-this-world articulation while decked out in a flashy tailcoat. The jacket's left and right sides can open, allowing for the arms to open wide. The tip of the tailcoat can be flipped up via movable joints for more dynamic poses and action scenes, as well. He comes with a gun, a toy gun and a set of spring-loaded dentures. He also comes with two plastic sheets of "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" effects for a comic-style display.
