Kotobukiya 1/7 Asuka Langley Test Plug Suit ver. RE

Kotobukiya’s 1/6 scale figure of Asuka in the Test Plugsuit seen in Evangelion; 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance is coming back to Kotobukiya’s lineup!

The signature translucent orange part of the plugsuit is painted with a different type of paint from the rest of the statue, with additional shading and details that give the suit a transparent appearance. This eye-catching statue highlights every detail, from the word TEST on the front of the suit to the parts sticking out of Asuka’s wrists and elbows. As an added bonus, the green accents on the suit are painted with glow in the dark paint that glows eerily when displayed under a blacklight. Asuka’s hair is made of transparent plastic, with paint applied direction to the surface to recreate the beautiful color from the anime.

The statue’s beautiful and elegant form was created by Shirahige Tsukuru, the craftsman behind all of the Evangelion statues in this series.
