Order Process

NOTE: Logging in to the website ensures member benefits are applied on purchases, if any.The website is solely used for Pre-Order items. You will not be able to check out On-Hand items from here.

1. View the product you wish to buy
2a. Click on "Choose options" from the products list page
2b. Click on the product name from the products list page
2. Adjust quantity as needed
3. Select Payment option via Payment variation found under the listed price
4. You can either a.)"Add to cart" and continue browsing other products (You can check out your cart on the home page using the bag button at the upper right) or click on "Buy it now"
5. Fill out the order sheet with your Contact, Delivery Option, Payment Option and Billing address. Once filled, click on "Complete order" button at the bottom of the page. (Parts of this step may be skipped if you are logged in to the website)
6. Wait for order confirmation email.
7. You will have to pay the selected payment variable from step 3 (see Payment options). Reply to the order email you received from our system. Usually this email has a subject containing “Your OtakuHobbiToysPH order receipt.” You may or may not receive payment confirmation however, you can rest assured that payment will have been received.
8. Wait for pre-ordered item to arrive. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is indicated on product’s page. NOTE: Products may be subject to delays without prior notice due to manufacturing or logistic issues. We thank you for understanding.
9. We will inform you when your item arrives. Follow our facebook page, we will be posting arrivals there. NOTE: You will need to settle remaining balances before we have your item shipped or released to you.
10. Enjoy your item, we do not judge you on how you do so.
